"Baron Francesco Ricasoli has guided this central Tuscan winery since 1993. Trappola was a feudal hamlet and castle that belonged to the Ricasolis for centuries. Antico Feudo della Trappola blends 60% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot. A modern style, fermented in stainless steel, aged for eight or nine months in second- and third-use tonneaux. Drinking Window 2021 – 2030." (August 2021)
